SENSORY SENSITIVE: Shrek the Musical, Jr.

NOTE: This will be a sensory sensitive performance of Shrek the Musical, Jr. This SENSORY SENSITIVE performance will be an opportunity for families with children or adults on the autism spectrum, or with sensory processing difficulties, to attend a live theatre event in a judgement free environment. Book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire

Directed by Douglas McClure

Director Douglas McClure and cast are proud to present this Season's DLT Youth Ensemble Theatre production: Shrek, Jr. Inspired by the 2001 DreamWorks animated film, Shrek, Jr. tells the story of an ogre, a donkey, and a princess; and their adventures in a world that is rapidly changing around them.

Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

A production of the Dalton Little Theatre presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International, INC.
